That Day in May 4th Annual Wine Tasting

4 - 6 p.m.
That Day in May (May 19)
Oakwood Historical Society homestead
1947 Far Hills Ave.
$25, or two for $45

The Oakwood Historical Society will be hosting its annual Wine Tasting event on the grounds of the homestead. The OHS invites adults to a lovely evening of wine, food, and friends, following a day with the family at the "That Day in May" celebration. We are happy to have Dorothy Lane Market once again provide an expert pourer (both wine and unique ales) as well as cheese and crackers, specialty cheese spreads, fruits, and desserts.

The homestead is the perfect backdrop to this easy-going event, where guests can enjoy self guided tours of the grounds and the buildings or just sit on the front porch, enjoying wine and cheese with friends and neighbors.

This year's event highlights the works of local artist David Smith.
